Chairman, Shustha JibonParboti Ahmed, chairman of Shustha Jibon (a community based organization) and Human Rights Activist of Bangladesh. She studied ITE in southeast university. She started her journey from 2009 as a field supervisor in HIV and STI prevention program of FHI360 at Shustha Jibon (CBO). She had a long experience pf field work and also program implementation at HIV sector. After that she joined Bandhu Social Welfare Society. She worked as a project focal UNDP

Vice Chairman, Shustha JibonMiss Popy is a guru of the Hijra community, a guiding light for the community. Under her leadership, people of this community have found a new direction in life. She joined as Vice Chairman in the year 2000 when she was in good health. With her foresight and sharp intellect, she established a path for the hijra community to uphold their dignity and achieve independence by establishing communication with local groups who are the primary sources of social power. Under her leadership, she has trained around a dozen leaders who are likely to become future torchbearers. She wishes everyone a happy and healthy life.

General Secretary, Shustha JibonThere is a transgender activist who has been leading a life full of dreams for the past two decades. Despite facing many challenges, she has always been healthy and strong. A young soldier has recently emerged as a contender for power and has been constantly in the limelight. She is a close friend of the activist, as well as a journalist covering the activist's work. She believes that this group will bring about transformative and impactful changes in society through their roles. With unwavering optimism, she wishes for the success of every development project in Bangladesh, and she extends her best wishes to everyone.
